Safety in Falling Apart
She trusts herself to fall apart. She trusts the feeling of falling apart. She lets go into the precious process of unraveling, the mystery of it. She intentionally relaxes into it. She imagines that she is held eternally, is loved respectfully, tenderly, softly. Through the imagining, she soothes herself with the comfort and care she once yearned for. She has learned that this imagining is tapping into the feeling of safety. She has learned that the feeling of safety is real, it exists for her, waits for her to notice it. From this feeling of safety, she dares open like a flower, folding back her petals even though she’s a little afraid. For in a perceived fearful moment, she is most vulnerable and there is great potential to receive a recalibration, a shift in consciousness.
She is energy. She is energy. She is energy recalibrating.
Fluid like water, she thrives in deep trust of this opening, this sacred birthing. With courage, she focuses on her pure desire while falling apart. Her pure desire is to become the love she seeks, the love that holds her, soothes her, comforts her tenderly.
From this feeling of safety, again, she trusts herself to fall apart. She trusts the feeling of falling apart. She imagines dissolving into black space, black nothingness, falling apart completely. She becomes nothing to become new. She dissolves in anticipation of the freedom, the heightened level of mind, a clarity, a free-flowing ease, a tremendous relief of releasing from perceived constraint. As she falls apart, she gives thanks for the perceived constraint. In her river of gratitude and tears, the constraint melts away revealing the love that was always there. She is the love. She was always there. She is always there. She is the love energy that is ever present, holding eternally, loving respectfully, tenderly, softly. She becomes a giver of the comfort and care she once yearned for. A creative creator, she desires, imagines and pulls forth the truth.
It’s safe to fall apart.
