Love is All That Is
What if you embodied the knowing
that you could hold yourself in love,
surround yourself with pure unconditional love,
become love and in that state of being, feel your body,
thoughts and emotions relax and truly rest?
What would it feel like to be relaxed, at peace with yourself,
at rest internally and predominately throughout the day?
What would it be like to know it's okay to feel out of balance,
to feel internal frustration, anger, overwhelm, despair,
for a minute, a few hours, a day,
because you know how to re-organize, re-arrange,
re-define yourself as love,
as an all encompassing vast intelligent loving presence?
What if you could wrap your infinite intelligent loving presence
around your body like a warm blanket
and keep holding your body until it completely let go,
surrendering entirely to the feeling of safety, acceptance,
genuine care, sincere love?
What if you could infinitely, intelligently, lovingly hold your
heart, all emotions, your life,
every painful to joyful experience until you predominantly
felt at ease, free, blessed, relieved, nourished?
What if you could stand outside yourself and observe yourself
sleeping, waking up, moving through the day, thinking, feeling,
trying, wanting, doing, becoming?
And from your infinite intelligent loving presence,
you recognized a good person
doing their best?
Could you genuinely love that person?
The heart is designed to love, accept, soothe, care, appreciate
NOT criticize, ridicule, demand, push, judge.
Focus on your heart right now and breath into
the center of your chest.
Close your eyes and let the world around you fade away.
What if this heart focused awareness
made a lover out of you?
And you became a lover of life and you radiated
this feeling to others effortlessly?
You deserve love now. They deserve love now.
Be the giver of love and life.
